Laser Marking

Labeling and traceability are the key issues in the industrial manufacturing of components. Especially in the sealing industry many products made of high performance plastics are machined. A later assignment of the product to the manufacturer, a material batch or middleman is not clearly possible due to lack of identification on the component itself.

Vibratory Finishing

The Sealing Industry has the highest demand on surface structure and surface finish. To avoid rough surfaces or sharp corners, we polish the surface with the employment of latest technology compared with advanced machinery.

Vibratory Finishing is a process that works on a chemical-mechanical basis to finish surfaces. In the work bowl of a vibratory finishing machine, work pieces, media, water, and compound are put into motion by a vibratory drive system. This causes a constant relative movement of the media and the workpieces. The interaction of water, compound, media and machine produces the required surface finish.

Disc Finishing Machines

Workpieces and abrasives are loosely placed in an open-topped working container and placed in a toroidal flow through the tray formed as a disc. The centrifugal force accelerates the workpieces together with the grinding wheels to the standing streamlined inner wall of the working container. Due to their different density, the workpiece and the abrasive body perform a relative movement. This dynamic flow allows high, targeted material removal with very short processing times compared to vibrators or drums.
