The innovative, self-healing material offers exceptional abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance and a temperature resistance of up to 135°C, making it particularly robust and durable in demanding food processing applications.
ReGen135 is free from
problematic substances
Compared to PTFE, which is increasingly being criticized for its PFAS content, ReGen135 is the more sustainable choice. PTFE-based materials are harmful to the environment and health because they contain PFAS (per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances), which are difficult to break down in nature and are associated with health risks.
ReGen135, on the other hand, is free of these problematic substances and offers an environmentally friendly alternative without compromising on performance parameters.

Thanks to the self-healing properties of ReGen135, micro-wear and material fatigue are significantly reduced. This leads to a considerable increase in service life and a noticeable reduction in mean breakdown maintenance (MBM), which drastically minimizes maintenance intervals and operational interruptions. In addition, the low coefficient of friction ensures greater efficiency of the pump systems and a reduction in energy consumption.
